Third party agencies include but are not limited to:
529 Payments: take 2-3 weeks to arrive from your financial institution.
Mass Rehab / Mass Commission for the Blind: state agencies should forward tuition waivers and purchase orders to the college.
Mass DCF Adopted and Foster Child Tuition Waiver and Fee Assistance Program: award letter from state must be received by the college and FAFSA must be completed.
Outside Scholarships: submit award letter to the college for review.
Employer or Third Party Sponsored Payments: written guarantee from third party should be provided to college.
VA /VRE /National Guard: coordinate with veterans@massbay.edu to submit documentation.
For privacy, we work directly with students through MassBay email. Third-Party Payments (including 529 funds, outside scholarships, and tuition payments sent by an employer) should be made payable to MassBay Community College and mailed to:
