Request Transcript

Current and former MassBay students may order an official transcript or enrollment verification via Parchment using the link below. Transcripts can be sent electronically or mailed as a hard copy to the institution or individual you designate. Enrollment verifications can only be sent electronically. 

We are only processing official transcript requests and enrollment verifications via Parchment. We will not accept in person transcript requests. All requests should be made via Parchment.

Transcript Options

Official Electronic Transcript:

If you would like your official transcript or enrollment verification emailed to yourself or to a third party, you can do so by selecting the electronic method of delivery. This option is $3.50.

Official Mailed Transcript:

If you would like your official transcript mailed via USPS mail, you can select the "Print & Mailed" option for $6.45. You can choose to expedite your request by FedEx for an additional fee. 

How to Place Your Order

To make a request, you will need to create a Parchment account.

• If you are the student: Click on the "Ordering your own credentials or academic records" section at the top of the page and follow the provided instructions.
• If you are a third party making the request on behalf of the student: Click on the "Ordering on behalf of someone else" section at the top of the page and follow the provided instructions.

How to Track Your Order

Parchment provides a document ID (DID) for every order created. This allows you to track the order status, and Parchment will send you an email as the status changes.

How to Access an Unofficial Transcript

All current students can request their unofficial transcript through their Bay Navigator account. 

If you are not a current student, please send us an email (registrar@massbay.edu) to request an unofficial transcript with the following information (unofficial transcripts are only sent via email). The request must be sent directly by the student from the student’s own email account
